This course is located in a rural area that is conveniently located near Washington <span class="caps">D.C.</span> The front nine is fairly level, and the back is moderately hilly. A pair of lakes come into play on three holes, and streams affect five others. The well-maintained greens are medium-sized. The signature hole is #16, a 530-yard, par 5, featuring a dogleg right fairway with water on the left and trees on the right. The approach shot is to a well-protected green.
